Personal & Criminal Conduct Decision Overturned
On February 3, 2012 the Edmunds Law Firm received notice of yet another favorable decision. The Applicant was denied clearance under Guideline E-Personal Conduct and Guideline J-Criminal Conduct. The Government issued a Statement of Reasons which explained the Governments concerns due to the Applicant failing to disclose multiple citations from his past. The Edmunds Law Firm prepared a written response to the SOR on behalf of the applicant. Through the response, the Edmunds Law Firm was able to fully mitigate all of the Government’s security concerns. The Applicant’s clearance was granted.
“Alan, Thanks for you and your firms help. Because of your assistance I was able to get my clearance! Thank again!”
