Guidelines H, J, E & G Favorable Decision
On February 3, 2012 the Edmunds Law Firm received notice of a favorable security clearance decision. The Applicant in this case was an in the Air Force and during security processing he failed to disclose several citations, arrests and criminal charges against him. As a result, the Government became concerned about his trustworthiness and judgment. The Edmunds Law Firm prepared and submitted a written response to the Government on behalf of the applicant. Along with the written response the firm submitted several exhibits to help mitigate the concerns. The Edmunds Law Firm proved to be victorious in the mitigation process and the Applicant’s clearance was granted.
